Hi this is about hearing of the wealth accumulation Case Today at Karnataka. In this Present chief Minister asked to come in presence by the court. But due to her Position and appointments she requested for Video conferrencing to make her presence conviniently.
In this case , The party claimed to be accumulated wealthand assets as Crime can be asked to surrender all the listed as assets accumulated in the case sheet to Government Treasury will be a Good Justice By the Hearing Judges hearing the case at Karnataka Court. Court must not delay in processing for their fees enrichment is also in the talk between the People.
But court will not allow this, because if allowed than as a case law it will be absorbed by other people. so people in Prison at Thihar Jail will also claim the same type of video conferrencing to attend the case. Than it will be a headache to Government of India and C B I.
